Through our advisory activities, we pursue the vision of contributing to the improvement and expansion of bilateral trade and economic relations between Germany and the CIS states (Commonwealth of Independent States).

Our mission is therefore to establish and expand successful, efficient and sustainable international business relationships for German and European medium-sized commercial companies with suitable business partners from the CIS countries.

We combine key aspects of international business development, such as evaluation of marketing opportunities, sales markets, business analysis of customers and competitors, the initiation of future business and follow-up business, as well as the development of business plans and customer-specific business models with our consulting approach and values.

This consists in defining the requirements our customers and the measurable and sustainable success that can be achieved as a central element of our activities. We realize this through professional and intercultural competence, as well as many years of experience and network contacts in business and politics.
